How the application process works:

We hop on a phone call to talk more about whatever you’re most excited about.

You join a two-week retreat designed for people interested in working at Democratic Retreats. (We’ll cover your travel, food, and housing — and we’ll even pay you $2,500.)

Step 5:
After two weeks, we think you’ll know if a job at Democratic Retreats feels like the right fit.

Step 6:
You can stay at one retreat location for as long as you’d like, bounce between locations whenever you want, and even pitch new spots to open. And we’ll keep covering your travel, food, and housing.

Step 7:
